Mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and postpartum are very treatable. Symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD and PTSD related to pregnancy, birth or postpartum challenges are experienced by many people as they transition to parenthood. Grassroots therapists have received their perinatal mental health certifications and have completed extensive training in perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, pregnancy / infant loss and infertility.
